Specialising in body alignment

Hi, I’m Michael; Chiropractor, Dad, science enthusiast, active weightlifter and keen sportsman. I knew I wanted to become a Chiropractor and help people with injuries after I myself, overcame a significant knee injury with the help of Chiropractic.

It was through adjustments, specific muscle work and rehab exercises provided to me from my chiropractor that I found relief from pain, regained strength in my knee and was able to get back to sports and activities. This experience sparked my interest in active and sports related injuries and lead me to continue my study in sports chiropractic and rehabilitation.
I work with busy and active people who are struggling with pain to find relief from their symptoms so that they can return to an active lifestyle, get through their work day and their workouts without having to pop a pill so that they can feel happier and healthier in their body.
I work with people who are dealing with:
  • Sore aching hips

  • Back pain

  • Neck pain

  • Bursitis

  • Hip impingement

  • Weakness

  • Sharp pain

Specialising in family chiropractic and young chiropractic

Hi, I’m Amanda. Chiropractor, mum, human body nerd, keen walker (with stroller of course) and social butterfly. I knew I wanted to become a Chiropractor when I was in grade 12 and went to our family Chiropractor and had an adjustment for the first time and felt and amazing, life-changing release. During my career I have naturally gravitated towards pregnancy and paediatric care.

I have achieved a high level of education in this area completing a 2 year post graduate qualification in chiropractic paediatrics. I have a genuine fascination for the wonder and mechanics of pregnancy and childbirth and the impact it has on the body of both mother and child.

With treating mamas comes treating their babies and there is nothing more rewarding to me than helping a pregnant mama prepare her body for childbirth, helping a baby to latch correctly for the first time or to help a mother with her recovery after childbirth. I have tremendous respect for mothers and babies especially after I myself went through a very challenging labour, birth and breastfeeding journey. It was through a team of health professionals (chiro, lactation consultant and midwives) that I was able to recover and establish good breastfeeding:- it was a life saver!
I work with mothers and babies to help with underlying musculoskeletal issues of pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding; so that mothers can gain confidence in their body for their birthing and breastfeeding journey.
I work with people who are dealing with:
  • Back and pelvic pain

  • Tailbone pain

  • Neck and shoulder issues from breastfeeding

  • Groin pain

  • Sciatica

  • Weak abdominal muscles and separation

  • Latch and breastfeeding difficulty

  • Birth trauma

  • Plagiocephaly (Flat head syndome)
