The start of a new year is a great time to reflect on your life and your state of health. It can be a great way to pin-point what aspects of our life need a bit more attention. It is often a great reminder that we need to spend more time looking after our bodies. This can mean eating more nutritious food, getting some exercise or not letting that achey lower back become a big big problem.
I encourage you all to listen to your body. Aches and pains are your body’s way of letting you know it needs some TLC. So, keep that it mind as you get back into the swing of another busy year.
