Lower Limb Pain

The lower limb is the powerhouse and base of support for most movement and activity. Our legs do a lot of work and are very important. So, if something is wrong it can really slow you down. We understand how frustrating it can be to have a knee that swells up after you run or feel like it is going to give way when you change direction. We get how burning pain in your achilles can stop you from even thinking about exercise. We know that it is so annoying to experience pain in your feet even before you’ve taken a step for the day. These problems can seem to come on so randomly, making it hard to figure out what’s causing them, at least until you’re given the right information.
